Presented by the Genomics and Data Sciences Special Interest Group
About this workshop: Error-corrected next-generation sequencing (ecNGS) is rapidly evolving to become the new gold standard in genotoxicity testing. This hands-on webinar will introduce an in-development R-based framework for data analysis of mutations that have been characterized using this technology. We will show recommended approaches for data import starting with VCF files or mutation tables; cleaning and wrangling the data; statistical analysis of dose-dependent mutation induction; mutational signature analysis using 3rd party SigProfiler tools; region-based analyses; plotting and visualization; and more! Please join us for this exciting opportunity to discuss the future of ecNGS data analysis.
