EMGS Young Scientist Award

Overview:

The EMGS Young Scientist Award solicits a set of highly qualified early career investigators to participate in a contest to give a plenary lecture at the Annual Meeting. The individual with a majority of votes at the end of the voting period is declared the winner of the award.

Contestants prepare succinct materials, including a video, to be posted to the campaign. Other “perks” increase the fun and promote fundraising, however voting is not linked to a dollar value implying that donations to the award are separated from the voting process.

  • Must be willing and able to participate fully in the award promotional campaign and attend the annual meeting
