This September, congratulate our new Editor-in-Chief in-person at the 56th Annual Meeting of the EMGS in Rochester, New York!
“I understand that the EMM Editor-in-Chief (EIC) will have the opportunity to shape the future of EMM, to help influence the journal’s direction, uphold and enhance the journal’s high scientific standards, and ensure it continues to serve as a platform for groundbreaking research in mutagenesis, genomics, and related fields. I look forward to that challenge”.
- Robert W. Sobol, PhD
Dr. Sobol will start transitioning into his role in the fourth quarter of 2025 and have full responsibility for the journal starting with the first issue of 2026.
In addition to welcoming Dr. Sobol, the EMGS would like to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. B. Bhaskar Gollapudi for the last nine years of his exemplary service and dedication to Environmental and Molecular Mutagenesis as our Editor-in-Chief.
