RegisterAnnual Meeting Registration Fees*Paid Guests receive access to all social programs and 1 full day of the scientific program. Single Day Registration**Single Day registrants receive access to one day of the scientific program. Single Day Registration does not include access to social programs unless these programs occur on the registered day. Workshop Add-ons*Paid Workshop Registration Guests only receive access to the workshop. Workshop registration does not include access to standard conference sessions or social programs. Registration Add-ons* The Student and Early Career Investigator Luncheon will be held on Sunday, September 8th at 12:30 PM and is open to all registered student and early career attendees. Please indicate your participation during registration. **The Women in EMGS Luncheon will be held on Monday, September 9th at 12:30 PM and is open to anyone who purchases a ticket. Limited Quantities Available. ***The Sunset Heart of the Cirt Walking Tour is scheduled for Monday, September 9th, with a departure time of either 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM. Limited Quantities Available. See our oldest adobe building (1884), our first Modernist hotel (1923), the nation's first multi-use shopping center in a Spanish Colonial Revival design (1936), and impressive Midcentury Modern structures. The glamour of yesteryear continues today in our new upscale development called "The Block". Outdoor art abounds with paintings, art installations, and sculptures, including the stunning 26 ft. tall "Forever Marilyn", still causing a stir as a beguiling symbol of our celebrity history. Event Attendee PolicyAll Event activities (including scientific sessions, meal functions, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Badges provided at registration must be worn to obtain access to EMGS functions. The EMGS welcomes members and attendees from across the US and around the world. Cancelation PolicyCancelation Notice: Registrants must provide written notice of cancelation via email to the EMGS Office at emgshq@emgs-us.org.
Exceptional Circumstances: EMGS may consider exceptions to the cancelation fee in cases of documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Decisions in such cases will be at the discretion of EMGS. Substitutions: Registrants may opt for a substitute participant if unable to attend, without incurring a cancelation fee. However, EMGS must be notified in writing of such substitutions by September 1st, 2024. By registering for an EMGS event, participants acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of this cancelation policy. |
