Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be made on or before August 8, 2025 to be included in the annual meeting's room block without exception. A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be taken at the time of booking to secure each, individual reservation. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the Hyatt Regency Rochester shall fully refund the deposit provided notice of cancellation is given forty-eight (48) hours or two (2) days prior to arrival. Any reservations cancelled less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival are subject to deposit forfeiture of one night’s room and applicable tax.
