R you ready for mutations? Introducing MutSeqR, a comprehensive R package for ecNGS data analysis
Presented by the Genotoxicity Risk Assessment and Public Health SIG
May 1, 2024 at 10:00 - 11:00 AM Eastern
This webinar will introduce the development of an open-source R package to facilitate statistical analysis and data visualization of mutation data produced by error-corrected next-generation sequencing. Error-corrected next-generation sequencing (ecNGS) is rapidly evolving to become the new gold standard in genotoxicity testing. This hands-on webinar will introduce an in-development R-based framework for data analysis of mutations that have been characterized using this technology. We will show recommended approaches for data import starting with VCF files or mutation tables; cleaning and wrangling the data; statistical analysis of dose-dependent mutation induction; mutational signature analysis using 3rd party SigProfiler tools; region-based analyses; plotting and visualization; and more! Please join us for this exciting opportunity to discuss the future of ecNGS data analysis.
